Product Purchase Policy

Returns – Unopened Purchases:

If a box or case of product has not been opened, you can return new, unopened packages within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned products, and we ask that you please cover the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund applied to your payment method within 3 business days of the products being received at our Return Center (see address at the bottom of page). It may take a few extra days to show up on your card statement. If you need to return, please contact us at info@mibrangolexports.ca with your order number and product details. Customer service is our passion, we are here to make this easy, and return your items quickly and painlessly.

Exchanges

You can exchange any package as needed within 15 days of delivery.

Please note that we can only exchange a package for another package of of like product (or multiple cases, up to the amount ordered) one time per order, subject to adjustments for the price difference of the replacements. Contact us at info@mibrangolexports.ca with your order number and product details. Customer service is our passion, we are here to make this easy, and exchange your items as quick as possible.

 

                                                                      Incorrect or Damaged Items

Unfortunately, damage or mis-shipment happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do everything in our power to get it right in a timely manner!

  • Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing – or email us immediately after delivery at info@mibrangolexports.ca to let us know your order number and product details

  • Keep the damaged package/product - we may ask you to forward photos.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error, we'll make the process for replacement easy for you.

                                               
     Return to Sender or Refused Delivery

For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned, and Mibrangol
 is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred for shipping the product.

Recalls

All Personal Protective Products recalled by Health Canada or Manufacturer are exchangeable upon verification by our Quality Control Inspector in the Return Center. Surrendered product will be replaced with like Products of the same value. We will contact you if we are alerted of a Recall.

Shipping Within Canada

All orders are shipped via the least expensive carrier and could be Canada Post or Courier. If all items are in stock, delivery will usually be 2-7 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Shipping is calculated based on your order subtotal (before tax), as follows:

Local Victoria & Area Delivery - FREE!

The shipping totals above apply to shipping within the Canada Post / Courier service area. Should your address fall outside of the Canada Post / Courier service area additional shipping charges will be added. Please note this typically only applies to remote locations and the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut). For over size items, additional shipping charges may be added. Our team will reach out to you to verify all charges before shipping.

 
Shipping Internationally
 
We are happy to ship to international locations, and offer several options for delivery. Once we have received your order, you will be contacted via email with the shipping method and associated cost for approval.
