Product Purchase Policy
Returns – Unopened Purchases:
If a box or case of product has not been opened, you can return new, unopened packages within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned products, and we ask that you please cover the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund applied to your payment method within 3 business days of the products being received at our Return Center (see address at the bottom of page). It may take a few extra days to show up on your card statement. If you need to return, please contact us at info@mibrangolexports.ca with your order number and product details. Customer service is our passion, we are here to make this easy, and return your items quickly and painlessly.

Exchanges
You can exchange any package as needed within 15 days of delivery.
Please note that we can only exchange a package for another package of of like product (or multiple cases, up to the amount ordered) one time per order, subject to adjustments for the price difference of the replacements. Incorrect or Damaged Items
Unfortunately, damage or mis-shipment happens from time to time. If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do everything in our power to get it right in a timely manner!

Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing – or email us immediately after delivery at info@mibrangolexports.ca to let us know your order number and product details

Keep the damaged package/product - we may ask you to forward photos.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of damage or our error, we'll make the process for replacement easy for you.
Return to Sender or Refused Delivery
For any shipment where the order has been refused or returned, and Mibrangol is not at fault, the order will be refunded minus the cost incurred for shipping the product.

Recalls
All Personal Protective Products recalled by Health Canada or Manufacturer are exchangeable upon verification by our Quality Control Inspector in the Return Center. Surrendered product will be replaced with like Products of the same value. We will contact you if we are alerted of a Recall.
